Lee Randaccio

Lee Randaccio is an experienced professional with a focus on growth and marketing. Currently serving as VP of Growth at Figure since June 2022, Randaccio previously held leadership roles at Archer as Director of Talent and Performance and Director of Marketing from April 2020 to June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Marketing at Vettery from August 2013 to April 2020, where a data-driven approach to hiring was implemented. Earlier positions include Marketing Manager at Turner Broadcasting, Ad Sales Summer Intern, Summer Associate at Performance Management Partners, Inc., and Marketing/Communications Assistant at Girl Scouts of Western New York. Lee Randaccio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Villanova University and completed a program at General Assembly in 2019.
