Ryan Benyshek has a diverse work experience. Ryan is currently working as a Solutions Architect at Figure since December 2022. Previously, they worked at Dassault Systèmes as a Solutions Architect from February 2018 to December 2022. Before that, Ryan worked at Wichita State University as an sUAS Design Lead, where they oversaw the design and manufacture of a large composite drone and managed wind tunnel testing. Prior to that, they worked as a Reverse Engineering Assistant at CAD/CAM Laboratory, National Institute for Aviation Research from June 2011 to May 2016. Ryan also had a research internship at NASA - Marshall Space Flight Center, where they worked on reverse engineering projects, metrological certification of 3D printed parts, and designed systems for the Nanolaunch 1200 rocket program.

Ryan Benyshek completed their education in aerospace, aeronautical, and astronautical engineering. Ryan first obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Wichita State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Ryan then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in the same field from the same university, studying from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Ryan also obtained various certifications. Ryan became a Remote Pilot through the Federal Aviation Administration in January 2017. Ryan also earned the certifications of CATIA V5R20 Assembly Design Expert, CATIA V5R20 Part Design Expert, and CATIA V5R20 Surface Design Expert from Dassault Systèmes in July 2015. Furthermore, they became a Private Pilot License holder through the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA in October 2012. Additionally, they acquired the certification of CATIA V5 Knowledgeware from the CAD/CAM Laboratory, National Institute for Aviation Research in October 2011. Lastly, they received Polyworks V11 Training from InnovMetric Software in July 2011.
