Shubham Chotia

Shubham Chotia has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Mechanical Engineer at Figure. Prior to this, they worked at Lucid Motors, where they held multiple roles including Engineer, Advanced Motor Technology, Motor Electromagnetics, and Engineering Intern. At UC San Diego, Shubham worked as a Grader and a Graduate Student Researcher, focusing on Micro-Robo Bee Design and Manufacturing in the Gravish Lab. Shubham also served as the Lead Transmission Designer and Transmission and Body Engineer for the Undergrad Automotive Team (SAE) at Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology.

Shubham Chotia pursued their education in a chronological manner. Shubham obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Following this, they furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego. Shubham attended UC San Diego from 2019 to 2021.
