Laura Hushion

Laura Hushion is an accomplished figure skating professional with extensive experience in various roles within the sport. Currently serving as the Director of Skating at Figure Skating in Harlem, Inc. since July 2022, Laura previously contributed as an East Coast Business Development Specialist for Learn to Skate USA from February 2020 to June 2022. Laura's earlier experience includes serving as Skating Director at the LeFrak Center at Lakeside Brooklyn and holding multiple positions at Figure Skating in Harlem, Inc. from 2012 to 2017, including Director of Skating and Figure Skating Coach. Additional coaching roles include positions at World Ice Arena, City Ice Pavilion, and Colonial Figure Skating Club, where Laura specialized in Learn to Skate programs, choreography, and private instruction. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts from Hofstra University, awarded in 2011.
