Deirdre Reilly

Deirdre Reilly is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Compliance at Figure since July 2025, Deirdre previously held the position of Director at Arc Home from August 2024 to July 2025 and Lead Compliance Officer at Aven Financial, Inc. from April 2023 to July 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Compliance at Spring EQ from March 2018 to March 2023 and Compliance Manager for the Consumer Lending Channel at Ditech Financial LLC from January 2012 to March 2018. Deirdre holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Corporate Law from Widener University Schools of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from American InterContinental University.
