Tiffany Belcher

Tiffany Belcher is a highly experienced leader in quality assurance, training, and learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance and Training at Figure since January 2025. Prior to this role, Tiffany was the Chief of Staff for the Michigan Infrastructure Office and held significant positions at Wayfair as the Global Head of Leadership Development and at Rocket Central as Divisional Vice President of Learning & Development. With a strong background in operational leadership and instructional design, Tiffany has effectively managed teams and developed training programs for large organizations, including Rocket Mortgage, where leadership roles spanned from instructional design to overseeing L&D strategies for over 10,000 employees. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and dual Bachelor's degrees from Eastern Michigan University in English Language and Literature and Applied Science in Professional/Technical Writing.
