Richard Verner

Richard Verner, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Security at The Inland Group of Companies since October 2018, where responsibilities include providing expert guidance and oversight on security matters related to airport operations, cargo handling, and personnel security. Additionally, Richard holds the position of Director of Environmental, Health and Safety, focusing on training development and regulatory compliance based on performance analytics. Previously, Richard was the Director of Safety, Training and Quality Assurance at Quantem Aviation Services and held the role of Director Safety and Training at Worldwide Flight Services, where significant safety programs were implemented to reduce workplace accidents. Early in Richard's career, a position as Hub Manager at American Airlines involved leading a large team to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology/Aviation Administration from California State University, Los Angeles.
