Tomas Mitkus is the Founder and Nutritional Therapist at Healthier Sapiens, empowering busy professionals to transform their health. Tomas also has extensive experience in operations management, specializing in HR, recruitment, supply chain, e-commerce, and office compliance at FIIT. Additionally, Tomas has served as a Customer Success and Onboarding Manager for startups at Accountancy Cloud and as a Junior Project Manager at DO & CO AG, overseeing logistics for VIP experiences at Formula 1 Paddock Club. Tomas holds a degree in Nutritional Therapy from CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine, a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Galway, and a Leaving Certificate from St. Endas College.
