Chad Lowman

Chad Lowman has extensive experience in instructional design and technology roles. Chad started their career at GE, where they developed and managed training content for a global user base. Chad then moved on to SEL, where they led the instructional development team and designed technical engineering curriculum. At Black & Veatch, they served as a senior performance consultant, partnering with business lines to address critical needs and establish priorities for instruction. Chad also led the development of instructional standards and procedures. Chad has also worked in the sports industry, providing technology support for the NFL, Major League Soccer, and the XFL. Currently, they are working at Fike Corporation as Director of Corporate Business Systems, overseeing the implementation and management of a global learning management system. Overall, Chad Lowman has a diverse background in instructional design, technology deployment, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Chad Lowman has a Ph.D in Education with a focus on Instructional Design for Online Learning, which they obtained from Capella University from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Louisville, attending from 2003 to 2006. Chad Lowman also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Chad Lowman has obtained a Certificate of Management - Lean Construction from AGC in October 2015 and a Green Belt certification from Black & Veatch, although the completion dates are not provided.
