Elle Amodei possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the HR Organizational Alignment Project Manager at Fike Corporation since June 2022, after previously holding roles such as Human Resources Analyst, Employee Relations Partner, and Human Resources Generalist within the same organization.
