Laura Swisher

Laura Swisher has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Laura is currently employed as the Human Resources Director at Fike Corporation since April 2022. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth). During their time there, they held various positions, including Director of People Operations from July 2020 to April 2022, Director of Human Resources from January 2019 to July 2020, and Human Resources Manager from January 2002 to January 2019. Additionally, they started their career at MHC Kenworth as a Benefits Specialist, responsible for administering employee benefit programs and providing training on benefit administration from January 2002 to August 2005.
