Shweta Madhusudan

Shweta Madhusudan has extensive experience in Human Resources, holding senior leadership positions at GEP Worldwide from July 2018 to April 2022, including Senior Director and Director roles, where responsibilities encompassed HR systems strategy, analytics, and global project management. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Drip Capital since May 2022, Shweta oversees HR operations in India and leads global initiatives in compensation and talent development. Prior to these roles, Shweta worked as a Research Analyst at Beroe Inc and completed a Post Graduate Programme in Management at the Indian School of Business, specializing in Marketing and Operations, after earning a Bachelor of Commerce from Stella Maris College.
