Ismael Pérez Cifuentes

Ismael Pérez Cifuentes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ismael'smost recent role is as a Pedagogical Recruiter Leader at Filadd (YC S21), where they are responsible for recruiting teachers for various programs and supporting them in their daily work. Prior to this, they worked at Preuniversitario Cpech as a Coordinator of Extension and later as the Deputy Director of Admission and Extension. Ismael also has experience as an Assistant Contact Center at Clínica Ciudad del Mar. Ismael held the position of Chief of Admission and Diffusion at CFT Universidad de Valparaíso, overseeing activities and partnerships with educational institutions. Ismael also worked as an Admission Executive at Instituto Profesional AIEP, where they provided guidance to students and conducted outreach activities. Earlier in their career, Ismael worked at Universidad de las Américas as a Telemarketing Executive and at Manpower Chile as a Mobile Technical Assistance Executive.
