John S. Todorovic

John S. Todorovic's work experience includes various roles in different companies. John S. started their career as a Construction Site Supervisor at St. Stefan Enterprise from June 2005 to August 2010. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Kokomo's Hotel & Restaurant, where they held positions such as Facilities Manager, Rooms Division Manager, and General Manager.

In 2015, Todorovic became the General Manager at Kokomo's Suites Hotel until January 2017. John S. then joined RLX Business Solutions in January 2017, where they worked as a Leadership and Communication Coach and Motivational Speaker, training employees and management in various industries.

In 2018, Todorovic became a Certified Executive Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. John S. later worked as a Certified Global Leadership Coach at Global Coach Group in August 2020.

Additionally, Todorovic co-founded the 2mm Club in September 2020, where they worked as a Peak Performance Coach. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People Success at FilAm Software Technology since March 2022. In this role, they are responsible for cultivating a people-first environment and implementing systems that support the organization's growth and performance.

John S. Todorovic completed their undergraduate education from 2001 to 2003 at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, John has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed the "Introduction to Public Speaking" course at the University of Washington and became a certified Competent Communicator and Competent Leader through Toastmasters International. In 2018, they obtained certification as a Certified Global Leadership Coach from the Global Coach Group. Most recently, in 2020, John achieved the prestigious Distinguished Toastmaster designation from Toastmasters International. John S. also holds the certification of Certified ServSafe Instructor from the National Restaurant Association, which they obtained in August 2017.
