Theresa's career also includes experience as a Crew Lead at Flavor & Fragrance Specialties and as a Fulfilment Associate at Amazon. Theresa's long tenure at BD began in November 1988 as a Production Operator, lasting until February 2016. Academically, Theresa holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management and an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Colorado Technical University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Theresa earned an Associate's Degree in Business Management from the same institution.
