Rahul Popat

Rahul Popat has worked in various design and creative roles since 2011. Rahul began as a Design Work Experience at pHp Architects in 2011, then worked as a Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they became a Design Intern at CWD Industrial Design Studio and later, a Freelance Designer at the same company in 2018. Rahul also worked as a Freelance Designer at PriestmanGoode. in 2018. Rahul was a Committee Member at Coventry University in 2017, and then a Creative Designer at Smallfry Industrial Design from 2019 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Designer at Inivos and then as a User Experience Designer at Mintus from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Product Designer at Filament Syfter.

Rahul Popat pursued their education, earning their A-level degree from Northampton Academy Sixth Form in 2014. Rahul went on to attend Coventry University from 2014-2018, where they received a Master of Design degree in Industrial and Product Design. Additionally, in November 2015 they obtained a certification as an Adobe Certified Associate in Visual Communication Using Adobe Photoshop from Adobe.
