Dave Wilson

Dave Wilson serves as the Director of Research, Impact, and Learning at FILE, a position held since July 2020, while previously being the Head of Impact and Learning at Itad from June 2015 to July 2020. With extensive experience in climate change consultancy and project management, Dave led the climate change theme at Itad and provided technical support for various programs at the World Agroforestry Centre from May 2012 to May 2015, focusing on land use change and ecosystem services. Prior roles include Project Manager and Senior Sustainability Officer at the London Borough of Camden, where Dave developed policies for energy efficiency and sustainability, and an Environmental Project Manager for Nuevas Esperanzas, concentrating on carbon finance and community development projects in Nicaragua. Educational qualifications include a BA in Archaeology and Prehistory from The University of Sheffield and an MSc in Environmental Science from the University of the Philippines.
