Michael Chang is the current Director of Customer Success at FileInvite. Prior to this, they were the Head of Key Accounts at ezyVet from February 2020 to November 2021. Before that, they were Group Account Director at Touchpoint Group (NZ) from August 2015 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all existing client facing aspects of the business and retaining and growing all accounts across MX & CX. Michael has also mentored teams to maximize individuals’ growth and led and managed all strategic channel planning activities associated with all MX and CX client accounts.
Michael Chang completed a postgraduate diploma in business administration and management from The University of Auckland. Michael also holds a bachelor's degree in ecology from the same institution. Prior to their university studies, they attended Auckland Grammar School.
