Craig Devereaux has over 12 years of experience in the recruiting and talent acquisition fields. Craig began their career in 2009 as a National Healthcare Recruiter for PRCS Healthcare, where they successfully managed a team of travel nurses and increased annual revenue by $840,000. In 2013, they held two positions at Grand Canyon University, first as an Admissions Representative and then as a Student Services Advisor. During this time, they increased new student enrollment in their territory by 77% and managed 200+ student accounts, resulting in the retention of $5.3 million annually. Craig also held a position as a Fraud Analyst at Bank of America in 2013.

In 2015, Craig became the Director of Recruiting at Arizona Christian University, where they supervised all new student recruitment and enrollment efforts and developed and maintained strategic partnerships to strengthen the ACU brand. Craig then moved on to Lucas Group in 2016 as an Executive Search Consultant. In 2017, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Axway. From 2019 to 2021, Craig held two positions, first as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager at Corbins Electric, where they designed and implemented recruiting strategies and optimized processes and systems to enable the enterprise to meet manpower needs, and then as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Cushman & Wakefield. Craig is currently the Head of Non-technical Recruiting/Lead Recruiter at Files.com.

Craig Devereaux has obtained a Master's Degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Phoenix Seminary (2014-2016), a Bachelor's Degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute (2010-2012), and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary (2018-present). Craig also holds a certification in Leading in Crisis from LinkedIn (obtained in May 2020).
