Elizabeth is the Customer Support Lead at Files.com. As the Customer Support Lead, she supervises the team of customer support engineers. She refines and documents processes for her team, serves as an escalation point for customer concerns, and provides ongoing training opportunities for the customer support department. Since joining the team, she has been continually impressed with the passion of everyone who works at Files.com. She obtained her BS from University of Phoenix in business/ information systems. She also studied software engineering at Oregon Institute of Technology. Prior to Files.com, she was the customer success manager/ operations manager at ExaVault Inc. She was also the director of the human services division/ product owner at Raintree Systems.
