Brandon Kirk

Brandon Kirk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brandon is currently working at Filevine as a Product team member since July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Product at Clearpass starting from June 2021.

From 2019 to 2021, Brandon worked at Array as a Technical Product Manager, leading a small agile team in the EventTech space. During their tenure, they successfully transitioned the product from live-events to virtual-events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a 25% increase in weekly events. Brandon also led the company's first Design Sprint and achieved an 81.5 NPS score for the virtual product.

In 2020, Brandon volunteered as a Product Manager at TCN Coalition, supporting the development of exposure apps to combat COVID-19. Brandon played a key role in redesigning the organization's public website and information architecture to cater to a wide range of personas. TCN Coalition was later acquired by Linux Foundation, and Brandon contributed to the launch of the Linux Foundation Public Health initiative.

Before joining TCN Coalition, Brandon worked at OrthoFi as a Product Manager from 2018 to 2019. Brandon specialized in the payment system, implementing a new payment processor that led to a $1 million increase in ARR. Their customer-centric approach and data-driven decision-making resulted in a 93% customer satisfaction rate for the new payment flow. Brandon successfully managed stakeholder feedback and expectations and owned the roadmap, planning, and execution of solutions within the payments domain.

Prior to their time at OrthoFi, Brandon served as a Product Owner at Church Community Builder from 2015 to 2018.

Brandon founded their own IT company, Brandon Kirk IT, in 2012 and managed it until 2015. Brandon also gained experience as a Technical Analyst at the University of New Mexico and as a Technology Coordinator at Albuquerque Public Schools.

Before their career in the technology sector, Brandon worked as a Server and Head Waiter at Pappadeaux Restaurant from 2008 to 2014.

Brandon Kirk's education history includes a variety of achievements. In 2017, they attended Leadership Pikes Peak and earned a degree in Business and Civic Leadership called "LNOW!" During this time, Brandon gained knowledge and skills in business management and leadership.

From 2012 to 2015, they studied at the UNM Anderson School of Management, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their field of study focused on Management Information Systems, providing him with a solid foundation in managing and utilizing information technology within business environments.

Prior to their BBA, Brandon pursued an Associate's Degree at Central New Mexico Community College from 2012 to 2014. Their degree program was in Integrated Studies with a special focus on Computer Programming. This education helped him develop competencies and understanding in computer programming concepts.
