Christian Caswell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Christian is currently working at Fillip as the Head of Growth & Customer Success, where they help businesses simplify fueling their vehicles and providing exceptional experiences for their teams. Prior to this, Christian was the Founder & CEO of CustomerInsight Inc. for over 13 years. Christian also worked as an Instructor at the Professional Home Builders Institute from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Christian served as the National Sales Manager at Zybertech Construction Software, where they were responsible for the sale and support of software solutions for residential home building companies. Christian also held managerial positions at Reed Business Information and Evoco, where they focused on business development, brand strategy, and sales and support of project management software.

Christian Caswell's education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) to pursue a degree in Architecture. They completed their studies in Architectural Technologies in 1998.

After that, in 1998, Christian enrolled at SAIT once again, this time pursuing a degree in Marketing. They completed their studies in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing in 2002.

In 2002, Christian started studying at Athabasca University, focusing on Psychology. Their studies specifically concentrated on Research in Psychology: Methods and Design, and they completed their studies in 2003.

In 2009, Christian obtained the Net Promoter Certification, earning the CNP designation. This certification allowed them to gain knowledge in statistics and customer research.

In the same year, they also pursued studies in Process Improvement at SixSigmaUS, completing their 6Sigma certification.

In 2010, Christian pursued a Masters in Residential Marketing (MIRM) at NAHB. They studied from 2010 to 2012, acquiring expertise in residential marketing.

In 2012, Christian obtained specialized knowledge in Strategic Planning and Management Systems, completing the Balanced Scorecard Strategic Management program at the Balanced Scorecard Institute.

In the same year, they also attended training at Hammer & Co, focusing on becoming a Process Owner in Action.

From 2013 to 2015, Christian enrolled at PHBI to become an Instructor in Customer Service Professional. The degree attained from this institution is unclear.

In 2016, Christian pursued a certification from the NAHB, becoming a CSP I, II, and III Certified Sales Professional. This certification highlighted their expertise in professional sales.

From 2017 to 2018, they attended Thompson Rivers University, focusing on Experimental Psychology. They earned a degree in Consumer Behaviour during this period.
