Shurize X. Richards is currently the Senior Coordinator of Volunteer Programming at Film at Lincoln Center for the New York Film Festival. Prior to this role, Shurize founded XSVR PAPER® and worked as a Program Manager in the Industry at Ghetto Film School and Black Film Space. Shurize also has experience in sales and marketing coordination at Variety, branded entertainment internship at AwesomenessTV, marketing internship at Kargo Mobile, and arts education internship at Young Audiences New York. Additionally, Shurize held program manager positions at The Gotham Film & Media Institute and After-School All-Stars, and worked in development, marketing, and media coordination roles at After-School All-Stars.
