Steven Giovenco has had a diverse range of work experiences in the real estate industry. Steven began their career as a Realtor at Marriott International in 1999, where they worked until 2004. Steven then went on to work as a Realtor for East West Partners-Tahoe Mountain Resorts from 2004 to 2012. In 2013, Steven started their own company called Steven Benito Giovenco - Real Estate Services, where they provided independent real estate representation, specializing in luxury resort real estate investments in Loreto, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Additionally, in 2014, they took on the role of Marketing Director at Film House Real Estate, where they produced mini-movies for luxury real estate sales as a unique marketing tool.

Our current project "Deadline", which stars Steve Talley and Eric Roberts, was released in theaters nationwide. Transcendent's first film, “No Regrets” starring Janine Turner and Kate Jackson, has been a worldwide success, with repeated airings on HBO, Lifetime Television and in dozens of countries around the world. Next Transcendent co-produced "Two Weeks" starring two time Academy Award winner Sally Field. "Two Weeks" was released worldwide by MGM.
