Nye Ballard has worked in the marketing and customer success fields since 2014. Nye's first role was as Social Media Manager at Austin Peay State University. In 2017, they worked as Social Media Coordinator at J. Ladson Weddings and Customer Success Coordinator at Hyperchat Social. Nye then moved to MillerClapperton as Marketing Coordinator in 2018, and is currently working as Marketing Director at FilmHedge.

Nye Ballard attended Austin Peay State University from 2014 to 2018. In April 2020, they obtained a Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate certification from Facebook.
