Stefanie Berk

Stefanie Berk has a extensive work experience in the entertainment industry. Stefanie began their career in 1996 as a Production Associate at Robert Greenhut Productions, where they managed budgets, script breakdowns, and communicated with foreign sales agents. Stefanie then worked as a Director's Assistant at Bazmark, directly supporting Baz Luhrmann and Catherine Martin and handling development, production, and cost management services. After that, they joined Fox Filmed Entertainment as an Executive Assistant, where they provided support to the President of Theatrical Marketing, consulted on marketing plans, and analyzed production costs. Stefanie then moved on to Playtone, where they held various roles including Vice-President of Development and Head of Development, overseeing the development of projects. Stefanie joined Fremantle in 2013, where they initially served as SVP of Scripted Programming before being promoted to EVP of Scripted Programming and Development. Currently, they are the EVP of Television at FilmNation Entertainment.

Stefanie Berk earned a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Directing, Writing, and Producing from Columbia University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Rhetoric and Composition/Film from the University of California, Berkeley.
