Sarah Bean

Sarah Bean has a diverse work experience in various roles within the film industry. Sarah started their career as an Archivist and Projectionist at the George Amberg Memorial Film Study Center in 2012. In 2015, they worked as an Administrative Assistant and Script Coverage at Hotchkiss and Associates. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Marketing and Publicity Intern at Cinetic Media, where they assisted in creating status reports, collaborating on social media strategies, and conducting extensive research on press breaks. Since 2017, they have been with FilmRise, initially starting as a Content Editor and later being promoted to Senior Content Editor and eventually the Director of Content & Editorial.

Sarah Bean holds a Master's Degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from New York University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the University of Florida, from 2014 to 2015. Earlier, they completed their first Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies at New York University, from 2011 to 2012.
