Tamara Blue has over 12 years of experience in the technology industry. Tamara is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Product Owner (CPO). In 2019, they began working as a Scrum Master at FilmTrack, where they were responsible for leading all scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, resolving team conflicts, maintaining focus, resource and capacity planning, risk mitigation, monitoring and reporting metrics, creating and enforcing processes and best practices across the organization. In 2018, Tamara worked as a Scrum Master at Lender Price, where they were responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, assisting the team in resolving impediments, coordinating and managing dependencies, and reporting project status to Tech management. From 2007 to 2018, Tamara worked at Legalzoom.com as a QA Engineer/Scrum Master and Customer Service Supervisor. As a QA Engineer/Scrum Master, their responsibilities included reviewing requirements specifications and technical design documents, creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities, identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly and tracking bugs, performing thorough regression testing, and participating and conducting Agile Ceremonies. As a Customer Service Supervisor, their responsibilities included assisting the departmental Manager by creating various work assignments and delegating to employees, analyzing low scoring customer satisfaction surveys, determining corrective procedures and contacting customers with resolutions, providing one-on-one representative coaching on problem solving and time management, supervising representatives during regular shifts and overtime, and handling high-risk and escalated customer accounts.

Tamara Blue holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Mt. San Antonio College, which they obtained between 1997 and 2000. Tamara also has additional certifications, including Mobile Application Testing (Android and iOS) from SQE (obtained in October 2016), Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, and Scrum Product Owner from Agile.
