Chris O'Callaghan

Chris O'Callaghan, SPHR, CPTD, currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Filoli, where efforts focus on establishing a people-centered culture of integrity and equity. In addition, Chris is an Executive in Residence and Lecturer at CSUSM College of Business, teaching the BUS 300 Professional Development Course. Previous roles include Senior Director of HR, Talent & Development at Duarte, Inc., Group VP Talent & Development at Merlin Entertainments, and various leadership positions in talent management across organizations such as LEGOLAND California Resort and At-Bristol science and discovery centre. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Bristol, along with leadership development credentials from Common Purpose.
