Rubem Ariano has worked in various roles in the healthcare industry since 1994. In 1994, they became a Partner at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo. In 2012, they became a Sócio and Membro do Conselho at ConsultaClick Brasil. In 2013, they founded Horas da Vida and became a Membro do Conselho. In 2018, they founded Filóo Saúde and became the Fundador e CEO and a Membro do Conselho. In 2021, they became a Conselheiro at KPTL, and a Membro do Conselho Júlia Lima at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein.

Rubem Ariano has studied Finanças at Ibmec, and has attended Singularity University.
