Katie Mineke

Katie Mineke currently serves as the Director of Product Development and Technical Design at Filson, a role held since September 2025. Prior to this position, Katie was with Eddie Bauer for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included leading the Product Development/Technical Design teams across multiple apparel categories. Key roles at Eddie Bauer encompassed Senior Product Developer for Men's Sweaters and Knits, Product Development/Technical Design Manager for Outlet and Wovens, and directing Women's Woven Bottoms and Denim. Earlier experience with Pacific Trail/London Fog Group included roles as Fabric/Trim Development Manager and Product Developer/Sourcing for Sweaters. Katie Mineke holds an Associate degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Art Institute of Seattle, obtained in 2001.
