Citra Putri Paramita has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Citra Putri began their career in 2009 as an Executive Legal Secretary at Allson Angkor Paradise Hotel. Citra Putri then worked as a Guest Relations Officer at RÊVEUR HOSPITALITY from 2011 to 2013. Citra then joined Swiss-Belhotel International as a Reservation & HR Admin in the Pre-Opening Teams from 2013 to 2015. Citra Putri later worked at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts as Revenue & Ecommerce from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Human Resources Supervisor at Swiss-Belhotel International. Citra then joined Philip Morris International as Asia FSC Communication & Change Management from 2017 to 2019. Citra Putri then moved to Tanly Hospitality as a Cluster Human Resource Coordinator from 2021 to 2022. Citra also worked at GoCement, first as an Assistant Manager Human Capital from July 2022 to November 2022, and then as a Human Capital Manager from November 2022 to May 2023. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Executive at Filtrona since June 2023. In their various roles, Citra has handled tasks such as handling legalities for overseas visitors, coordinating HR events programs, managing employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and implementing communication strategies.
