Felicia Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Felicia started their career in 1999 as an Early Childhood Educator at Primrose Schools, where they provided teaching skills to children ages 0-5. Felicia then worked as a Job Coach at Division TEACCH, implementing social and job skills plans for autistic adults.
In 2001, Felicia joined Randolph Community College as an Early Childhood Specialist, mentoring and coaching childcare providers.
