Julie Duff, MHR has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Julie began their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Manager at &Barr, where they worked for 16 years. Following this, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Certified Slings & Supply for a brief period in 2014. Later that year, they joined RSR Group, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, and held the role until 2016. From 2017 to 2019, Julie worked as a Human Resources professional at John Knox Village Of Central Florida, Inc. In 2019, they joined B&D Enterprises as a member of the Human Resources team. Currently, Julie holds the position of Human Resources Director at Filutowski Eye Institute, a role they started in 2020.
Julie Duff, MHR, obtained their Master of Human Resources degree from Rollins College, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Missouri Western State University from 1990 to 1994, majoring in Music and graduating Cum Laude.

The Filutowski Eye Institute, formerly the Filutowski Cataract & LASIK Institute, is a general ophthalmology practice specializing in refractive and laser cataract surgeries. We have three locations - Lake Mary, Daytona Beach and Orlando. Our infrastructure, equipment, management and staff are assembled with great effort in order to enable an efficient patient care. This environment allows the physician to see more patients and concentrate on performing functions that can only be done by a physician.
