Scott Hagg is CFO of Discovery Natural Resources and joined the firm in 2013. He is responsible for managing the Finance organization including Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury and Procurement. Prior to joining Discovery, Mr. Hagg was Vice President of Finance at the private equity firm Devonshire Investors where over his 16 year tenure he served in various positions of increasing responsibility. While at Devonshire, Mr. Hagg provided financial analysis and support to several of Devonshire’s portfolio companies, including the initial business planning and start-up of Discovery. He also served as CFO and Treasurer for the registered investment advisor for Devonshire’s private equity entities. Mr. Hagg's experience while supporting Devonshire’s new business development Energy Platform includes evaluation of several wind, solar, hydro, and oil and gas service company investment opportunities.
Mr. Hagg received a Master of Science degree in Finance from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance and from Bridgewater State College.
