Marina Vandeberg

Marina Vandeberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international development, financial services, and management. Currently serving as the Chief International Development Officer at Fimple since June 2023, Marina focuses on growth and international development for a cloud-based core banking system. Previously, as co-founder and Director at VDB Finance Management BV, Marina was involved in development projects in the Leningrad region and advisory work. With a background as Managing Director at both Blumenbecker Group and Ontex, Marina successfully led subsidiary operations in Russia. Additionally, Marina held a significant role at PwC as the most senior banking licensed auditor in the St. Petersburg office, overseeing large teams on audit and advisory projects for financial institutions. Marina's educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School, a Master’s in Economics from Saint Petersburg State University, and competencies from ACCA, supplemented by training from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
