Mucahit Gundebahar, PhD

Mucahit Gundebahar, PhD has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Mucahit is currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of Fimple since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Architecht A.ş. from April 2019 to March 2022.

Before their role at Architecht, Mucahit held the position of CIO at Kuveyt Turk Participation Bank from February 2009 to April 2019. Mucahit started their professional career at Microsoft as a Senior Consultant (Application Development) in January 2005 and worked there until September 2008.

Mucahit's earlier experience includes working as a Team Leader at Ziraat Teknoloji A.ş. from May 2001 to December 2004, and as a Software Developer at BIS - Business Integration Services from September 1998 to April 2001. With a diverse range of roles and responsibilities, Mucahit brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current position at Fimple.

Mucahit Gundebahar, PhD, completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul University, during the period of 1993 to 1997. Mucahit then pursued their MBA in Business Administration and Management from Istanbul Bilgi University, from 2000 to 2003. Later on, Mucahit attended Halic Universitesi and successfully earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration and Management, spanning from 2012 to 2016. Presently, they are enrolled at Hult International Business School, undertaking the Global Executive MBA (EMBA) program since 2021.
