Diane Moncada

Diane Moncada currently serves as the Director of Investor Relations and Capital Formation at Fin Capital since November 2025. Prior to this role, Diane held the position of Vice President in the Client Strategy Group at Makena Capital Management, LLC, from March 2023 to August 2025, where responsibilities included managing institutional client relationships totaling $2 billion in assets under management. Diane's extensive experience at Cambridge Associates from September 2011 to March 2023 encompassed various roles, including Relationship Manager and Director of Business Development, focusing on ultra-high-net-worth clients and driving retention and revenue growth. Earlier in her career, Diane gained experience as a Client Service Intern at BNY Mellon and as an Operations Specialist Intern at Gannett Welsh & Kotler, LLC. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Northeastern University and studied at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
