The Operations and Manufacturing team at Final Bell oversees the entire lifecycle of product creation, from initial formulation to final production. The formulation technician develops and refines product recipes, while the Director of Pre-roll Manufacturing manages the assembly and quality control of pre-rolled products. The Vice President of Operations ensures seamless coordination across departments, optimizing processes and maintaining high standards in manufacturing and packaging.
