Jeff Hilbert

Founder, Chief Business Development Officer at Final Strike Games

Jeff Hilbert has extensive experience in the gaming industry. In 2016, they founded Final Strike Games and served as the Chief Business Development Officer, focusing on PC and console multiplayer games. That same year, they also founded Starting Point Games, LLC, where they worked as the CEO and provided advisory and startup services to gaming companies.

In 2017, Hilbert became an advisor for Nimble Giant Entertainment, a game development studio known for their MMORPG Champions of Regnum. Jeff continued to take advisory roles in the industry, joining Ascendant Studios in 2019. The studio aimed to create original and groundbreaking games.

Hilbert further expanded their advisory roles in 2019 by joining Free Range Games, an independent studio specializing in PC, console, and mobile gaming. Additionally, they became an advisor for Diversion 3, a company that provides game publishing support.

In 2018, Hilbert took on the position of an advisor to the CEO of AccelByte Inc, a software company focusing on the development and operation of online services for the gaming industry. Finally, in 2023, they became an advisor for Studio 369, an Unreal technology expert company specializing in PC and console platforms.

Prior to their work in the gaming industry, Hilbert also served as an advisor for Contradiction Films, a company that focuses on creating AAA video game IP and adapting video games for film and television.

Jeff Hilbert attended Cardinal Mooney High School from 1979 to 1983. Jeff then went on to study at the University of Pittsburgh from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. Their major was Business-Management/Psychology-Social, with minors in Statistics and Russian History.
