Mike Bean

Mike Bean has built a diverse career with extensive experience in recruiting and development. Currently employed at Final Touch Painting Services since February 2022, Mike focuses on fostering talent and demonstrating honor in all interactions. Prior to this role, Mike served as a Recruiting and Development Specialist at Shelter Insurance Companies and held various sales positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Additionally, Mike has a strong background in pastoral leadership, having served as a Pastor at Sunbury Church of the Nazarene and Vandalia Church of the Nazarene. Mike holds a Bachelor of Social Work with a focus on Religion from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and has completed studies in Property and Casualty as well as Life Insurance at Hondros College of Business.
