Sheera Elad Elkayam

Sheera Elad Elkayam is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Finaloop since June 2024. Prior to this, Sheera held several talent acquisition roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager at Beamr and Deci AI, as well as at Talkspace, all under the StartingUp umbrella. Sheera began a career in business intelligence, having worked as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer and Software Engineer. Sheera holds a Master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology and Data Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo. Additionally, Sheera has completed a course at Jolt.io.
