Gunasekaran Chandran

Gunasekaran Chandran is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects. Currently serving as Team Leader and Senior Software Engineer at Finalsite since December 2019, Gunasekaran developed an innovative WhatsApp-like application and successfully migrated an outdated Java-based SMS microservice to Python, resulting in reduced codebase size and improved development efficiency. Prior to Finalsite, Gunasekaran worked at NTT DATA Services where legacy systems were migrated to Spring Boot applications, and at Cognizant, where expertise in microservices and data visualization was demonstrated. Gunasekaran holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SJES Polytechnic.
