Javier Parra

Javier Parra is currently employed as a Technical Support II at Finalsite since July 2021, where responsibilities include communicating with customers via phone and email to resolve issues daily. Prior to this role, Javier served as an English Instructor and Language Specialist at Berlitz Colombia from March 2021 to May 2021, focusing on planning classes and training college students in English vocabulary. Additional experience includes working as an interpreter at Teleperformance from July 2019 to March 2021 and as a university instructor at Berlitz Colombia from March 2019 to July 2019. Javier is pursuing a degree in Software Engineering at Corporación Universitaria Iberoamericana, expected to graduate in August 2025, with knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Chrome Developer Tools.
