Jennifer Mercurio

Jennifer Mercurio is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Finalsite since 2022, Jennifer also co-founded J. Mercurio Books, Maps, & Prints in 2020 as a partner. Previous roles include General Counsel at Golden Spring from 2018 to 2020, IP Counsel at American Bible Society in 2017-2018, and Vice President & General Counsel at Entertainment Consumers Association from 2009 to 2016. Jennifer's early career includes serving as Deputy General Counsel & Director of State Government Affairs at Entertainment Software Association from 2000 to 2007. Educational credentials include a BA in English Literature from Columbia University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School, complemented by foundational schooling at Abbotsholme School in Staffordshire, England.
