Rich Alessi serves as the Chief Client Officer at Finalsite since July 2025, focused on enhancing the experience of K-12 schools with Finalsite's products. Previously, as SVP and Head of Customer Success at ModMed from December 2020 to June 2025, Rich led a significant team growth while driving recurring revenue to over $650M. Rich has also held leadership roles in customer success and professional services at Thomson Reuters, Sabrix, and MarketLive, accumulating extensive experience in client engagement, technology operations, and customer advocacy. Rich contributed as a Steering Committee Member at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and holds an MBA from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Chico.
