Sergey Astashkin

Sergey Astashkin has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sergey began their career as a Credit Specialist in the Car Lending Department at Renaissance Capital in 2005. Sergey then joined Citibank and worked in different positions, including Control & Processing Unit Supervisor and Business Planning and Resource Management Analyst. Sergey later joined HSBC as a Chief Analyst in the Banking Operations Department, where they played a key role in improving customer service quality and launching automated reporting systems. Sergey also worked at Mars as an Advanced Resolution Team Analyst, handling infrastructure incident and problem management. Sergey then worked at Sequoia Credit Consolidation CJSC and Alfa-Bank/SCM, where they served as a Senior Analyst and Leading Analyst, respectively. Sergey is currently working as the Chief Analyst at FINAM. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in risk management, report-building, statistical analysis, business process optimization, and team management.

Sergey Astashkin completed their education in a chronological order. Sergey attended Gymnasium № 1516 from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Full intermediate degree. Following this, from 2002 to 2006, they enrolled at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where they earned a Bachelor of Economics degree with a specialization in Banking.
