Sergey Zagarskiy

Sergey Zagarskiy has over 20 years of experience in IT management. Sergey is currently working as the CIO at FINAM since 2021. Previously, they held various positions at Home Credit and Finance Bank, including Director of Software Development, Head of IT Operations, and Head of IT Project Office and Strategy Department. Before that, they worked at Binbank as an IT Adviser to the President and Director of IT & Payment Systems Department. Sergey also has experience working at EGAR Technology, Inc. as the Director of IT. Sergey has expertise in IT strategy development, project management, and team leadership.

Sergey Zagarskiy attended the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI) from 1993 to 1999. During this period, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. In 2016, Sergey participated in the Home Credit International Odyssey program, where they completed the HCI Group Top Talent Program.
