Donal Murphy

Donal Murphy has a significant work experience spanning over several companies. Donal began their career in 1999 at National Irish Bank as a Corporate Manager Assistant and later transitioned to the role of Business Manager. In 2005, they joined IMC as a Private Clients Executive before moving to Bank of Ireland in 2006 as a Business Manager. In 2008, they joined Danske Bank as a Senior Credit Manager and held this position until 2016. Currently, they are working at Finance Ireland, where they started as a Senior Credit Manager and then progressed to the role of Head of Credit - Leasing in March 2021.

Donal Murphy has a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) degree from the Institute of Bankers, Ireland. Donal also holds a Certificate in Taxation from the same institute. Additionally, they have a Lending to SME & Credit Skills Assessment certificate from the Banking Omega Certificate program. Donal has a National Certificate in Business Studies from Dundalk Institute of Technology. Donal has also completed the Leading for High Impact & Results program at Smurfit Executive Development.
