Jim H. has extensive experience in the finance industry. Jim started their career at GE Capital, where they held various leadership roles in finance. Jim then moved on to Hewlett-Packard Financial Services as the Operations Director for EMEA, where they managed a $3 billion portfolio and successfully executed a merger integration strategy. Jim later joined Ulster Bank Group as the Group Financial Controller and was later promoted to the role of Group Head of Finance / CFO. Jim provided finance support to the Group Executive and led major change and integration projects. After their time at Ulster Bank, Jim joined Bank of Ireland Group as the Director of Group Finance, where they provided leadership to a team of over 300 professionals. Currently, Jim is the Chief Financial Officer at Finance Ireland, the largest non-bank lender in Ireland.
Jim H. obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from University College Dublin in 2004-2005. Jim also completed the RBS Executive Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, Jim H. achieved the Fellow of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Dublin Business School before 1993. Jim also holds a degree in Six Sigma | Quality, specifically Master Black Belt, from GE before 1999. Jim H. attended Summerhill College, but no specific degree or field of study was provided.
